The world is so heavy right now. We’re all weary and have had enough of the constant avalanche of news that all hell is breaking loose on the planet. Something is on fire at every turn. We’re like hamsters running in a wheel of doom where it feels like one disaster after the next. So needless to say, we all need this song right now!!!
It is so fun and happy and energetic and such a fresh reminder of the goodness of God. Whether we find ourselves in the promised land or the desert land, the mountain top or the valley, our God is constant. He is good. He is faithful.
In every season. “My future, my present, my past is covered by the promise of Your faithfulness! So even in my weeping, my sorrow, my pain, I’m followed by Your goodness for all my days!”
Since the moment Sean Hill and I wrote these words, I have been so excited to finally be able to share this song with all of you! It’s definitely one of my top favorites on the whole album. It is the anthem we all need to be singing right now. Do not lose hope. Do not be swept into the chaos. Trust Jesus. Live in His goodness. Walk in His promise. He is GOOD!
