I am so excited to announce the 6th single, “God of Tomorrow”, from my upcoming Great Awakening worship album, is now available on all music platforms!
In those times of life when all we see is the pain and the confusion and the abandonment and the betrayal, it is difficult to keep trusting God and believing that He is good. But this day, Good Friday is the perfect reminder that even when all hope seems lost, tomorrow is coming, filled with hope and promise.
How fitting that this song is releasing on the day Jesus breathed His last and died on a cruel Roman cross. In that moment, Hell thought it had won, and Jesus’ friends and family felt betrayed and abandoned by God. BUT… little did they know on Friday that Sunday was coming when Jesus would rise from the dead, when the prophecy from hundreds of years before would be fulfilled!
This week, Holy Week, is the time we see tangible proof of God’s faithfulness. He is the God who keeps His promise. When He says He will do something, He will do it! I love this song because it speaks such hope over our lives and our stories. God holds all our tomorrows in the palm of His hand, so we can trust Him today!
